OFFICE TRANSACTION GUIDELINES

Dear subscribers, it's time to claim your yearbooks!

The available yearbooks are from Batch 2011 to Batch 2020. Digital yearbooks for years prior to Batch 2011 may be requested. Subscribers personally claiming their yearbooks must bring a VALID IDENTIFICATION CARD.

Authorized representatives must bring the following:

☑️ Signed authorization letter from the subscriber

☑️ Photocopy of the authorized representative’s ID and the subscriber’s ID

Other office transactions such as claiming of graduation photo packages are entertained at GMH110 from Mondays to Fridays, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
